How to add a syslog source
You don't need to add syslog sources manually. Syslog Watcher analyzes incoming syslog packets and automatically registers new syslog sources.
To create a new syslog source in Syslog Watcher 5.1 or later:
- Make sure Syslog Watcher server is running (and the installed license is not expired)
- Configure the syslog source to send its logs to Syslog Watcher.
